This is the SSP Advising Fellows wiki.

Right now we are trying to schedule our meeting time each week for the quarter.

Below, list the times when you are (a) not available and (b) would prefer not to have the meeting. NOTE that your office hours do not count as a time conflict - someone may have to change their office hours in order to find a time everyone can make.

To edit the page, enter "deme" in the yellow box above the "Save changes" button at the bottom when in edit mode. Note that we cannot buy lunch for everyone, so if we end up with a lunch meeting, everyone will need to bring/buy their own or eat before or afterward.

1. Tina:

NOT AVAILABLE MWF: 10-11, 1-5:45, TTH: 1-5 though some of the later afternoon times may free up if I decide to drop a class.

2. Ro-el:

NOT AVAILABLE Mondays 9-12, 1:15-2:30, 3:15-4:30, 7:30-11pm, Tuesday 11-12, 1:15-2:30, 3:15-4:30pm, Wednesday 9-12, 1:15-2:30, 3:15-4:30, 5:40-8:30pm, Thursdays 11-12, 1:15-2:30, 3:15-4:30, 7:30-11pm, Friday 1:15-2:30pm, I will edit this as I trim my classes down at the end of the week.

3. Todd:

NOT AVAILABLE: Tues 3:10-4:50, some Wednesdays 12-1, Thursdays 4:10-6, Fridays 12-1

PREFER NOT: Monday any time, Tues 10:30-1:30, Wednesdays 10:30-12 or 3:45-5, Thursdays 10:30-12

4. Gorkem:

NOT AVAILABLE: M-W 9:00 - 9:50 and 2:15 - 3:45, T-Th 10:00 - 2:30, F 9:00 - 9:50

PREFER NOT: Fridays

5. Itamar:

NOT AVAILABLE: Mon 10-11:50 and 1:15-3:05; Tues 9-10:50 and 1:15-2:45; Wed 10-11:50, 1:15-3:05, sometimes 12-1; Thurs 9-10:50 and 1:15-6:05

PREFER NOT: Fridays, though if only available day then obviously i'm okay with it

6. Renee:

NOT AVAILABLE: Mon 10-11:50, 1-2:30 or 6:15-9:05; Tues 1:15-2:45; Wed 10-11:50 or 1-2:30; Thurs 1:15-2:45; Fri 8-3 (though I'm not busy during this entire block, I'll be unavailable at different times during this block over the course of the quarter. We could pick a time on Friday mornings/early afternoons, but I'd miss some meetings.)
